SYNOPSIS

    float SPCeil(float y);

FUNCTION
    Calculate the least integer greater than or equal to x and return it.
    This identity is true.  Ceil(x) = -Floor(-x).

INPUTS
    y       - Motorola Fast Floating Point Format Number.

RESULT
    x       - Motorola Fast Floating Point Format Number.
