FUNCTION
    Returns the signed 32 bit result of multiplying Arg1 by Arg2.

INPUTS
    Arg1, Arg2      - signed multiplicands.

RESULTS
    Result          - the signed 32 bit result of multiplying
                      Arg1 by Arg2.
