FUNCTION
    Returns the unsigned 32 bit result of multiplying Arg1 by Arg2.

    Arg1, Arg2              - unsigned multiplicands.

RESULTS
    Result                  - the unsigned 32 bit result of
                              multiplying Arg1 by Arg2.
